Mozliwe Blizniaki?

Thank you for your reply. I am very grateful to you and Pani Danuta Blachnicka-Lebekfor being very helpful and putting me on the correct track to finding several ancestors.
I have managed to trace back my Father's paternal line reaching back with birth and marriage certificates to my 5x Great Grandparents...
Father - Mieczyslaw Kazimierz Gladysz (born 11th January 1911 in Czestochowa)
My Grandfather - Stanislaw Gladysz (born 1st May 1891 in Warsaw)
My Great Grandfather Jozef Michal Gladysz ( born 20th June 1860 in Warsaw)
My Great Great Grandfather Julian Antoni Gladysz (born 20th November 1834 in Kule - Cieletniki)
My Great Great Great Grandfatherr Kajetan Wawrzyniec Gladysz (born 5th August 1805 in Kuznica Marianowa)
My Great Great Great Great Grandfather Ignacy or Dominik Ignacy Gladysz (?). Married Tekla Brodzka/Brocka
My Great Great Great Great Great Grandfather Wojciech Gladysz married in 1773 to Salomea Skapska in 1773

I am searching for Ignacy or Dominik Ignacy who was my direct ancestor. However, I have only found births for his siblings:
1774 Ignacy Jan Kanty Gladysz in Plucice
1775 Tomasz Gladysz in Plucice
1779 Maciej Idzi Gladysz in Plucice
1781 Antoni Gladysz in Plucice

A couple of years ago - you very helpfully gave me invaluable information as did Pani Danuta. I am so very grateful to everyone who gave me help. I am not allowed to paste the information here but I shall try to send an attachment.

I've read carefully the Kłobuck parish marriage record of Ignacy Jan and Antonina of 4 Feb 1811. Nowhere in it can I find info that the groom was a bachelor though it is written so (kawaler) in the alphabetical list at the end of the year (?the priest's mistake?). He was 36 yrs 2 mths old, baptised in the parish of Gorzkowice and was the owner of the village of Pierzchno. The bride was only a little more than 16 yrs  old. 
Tekla Gładysz nee Brodzka had died in the same village ten months before leaving her husband Ignacy with a couple of small kids. In such situations it was very common for the widowers to marry new wives, usually much younger ones.
I have a strong suspicion that Ignacy Jan Kanty was the husband of both Tekla and Antonina. 
Where did you find the name Dominik Ignacy?

     Gosh, that was so very good of you to go to that trouble.

Many official sources seem to think that a gentleman called "Ignacy Gladysz" married twice - firstly to Tekla Brodzka and secondly to Antonina Chociszewska some months later. However, Pani Danuta Blachnicka-Lebek gave me the information in the screenshot attached above (sorry I seem to have attached it twice).. 
However, in defence of your findings, the children of "my" Ignacy Gladysz used the spelling of "Gryff" as their Herb when conferring their nobility, while the children of the "other/same" Ignacy Gladysz used "Gryf". That fact maybe supports the fact that the two groups of children with the same Father , but different Mother wished to differentiate themselves to avoid confusion. The fact that "Pierzchowo" is mentioned in the death and later marriage would also support the fact that it was one and the same person.
I am sorry to have caused you so much trouble as now it looks as if everything is pointing to one person. I seem to remember asking Pani Danuta where she had seen the information about Dominik ignacy, but I don't think she could recall.

I wouldn't bother with the spelling of the armorial name which could have had variant spellings, in this case a single or double f is not a big deal.
There are a couple of contemporary Dominiks Gładyszes in Geneteka but they had different parents and lived a long way away from the area of yours. The key thing now would be to find Ignacy Gładysz and Tekla Brodzka's marriage record in the early years of the 19th c.

Many thanks for your reply. Yes, I have been searching for a long time for the marriage entry for Tekla Brodzka and Ignacy Gladysz , but can only find his marriage to Antonina Chociszewska so far. On Tekla's death certificate, her parents Wawrzyniec Brodzki and Katarzyna Janikowska  were both still alive and noted as the Possessors of Pierzchno as was the widower Ignacy. However, Tekla's brother Ignacy seemed to be the Possessor for Wancerzow. I will try again looking at different registers just in case. 
Something else which I have muddies the water. I have a death certificate from the Internet for a 46 year old Ignacy Gladysz who died at Lipniki which is where one of the sons of Ignacy Jan Kanty (Stanislaw Leon) was born in May of the same year as this Ignacy died aged 46 in the August. That places this deceased Ignacy as having been born in approximately 1770......however Ignacy Jan Kanty was born in 1774 and his parents Wojciech Gladysz and Salomea Skapska on;y married in 1773. Thank you for your time and advice.
I shall be visiting my second cousin in Czestochowa later in the year - so will have an opportunity to visit the Church Archives and try to solve the mystery once and for all. Once again, thank you very much for your help.
