I'm afraid it might be difficult unless you are a direct descendant. If so, you have to apply to the Częstochowa Registry Office (Urząd Stanu Cywilnego) and they should send you a copy or at least a transcript for a small fee. If not, according to the General Data Protection Regulation, death records become available to the general public 80 years after death. However, you can try with church offices whose rules are less strict - I think 50 or 60 years after death but while some priests are helpful and ready to cooperate, others may refuse or not reply at all.
