I am searching for information on the sister of my great-grand-mother Franciszka Bakalarczyk, born on 8th October 1899 in Chmielnik (Kalisz) from Walenty Bakalarczyk and Michalina Pól, I know she had one younger sister but I don't have information on her and would like to connect with this branch of my family. I used to have access to archives online but not aymore from France. I am wondering if someone can retrive the archives from 1899 onward to find her. Most of the acts were in Russian with make the research even more complicated.
