bride: Anna Kaczmarczyk, 19, born and living with her parents Józef and Katarzyna, who had 'gospodarstwo', i.e. farm
witnesses: Paweł Saroski, 39, the 'sołtys', meaning (elected) village leader & Tomasz Biegański, 50, rolnik

Thank you for the translation Rafal.  Tomasz's wife as per their daughter Wiktoria's  birth record and marriage record is Franciszka.  Could Anna be a short form for Franciszka?

No way. But the priest may simply have made a mistake.

Haven't been able to find Franciszka's baptismal information yet.  I will keep looking.
