In 1810, on November 26, around12 noon, in front of me, the Osjaków priest,
who was the civil status officerof the Osjaków commune, Wieluń poviat
in the Kalisz department,
appeared Wawrzyniec Jagusiak, otherwise known as Lebioda, 41 years old,
according to the record taken from the books of the Ruda church, son of Bartłomiej
and Katarzyna Jagusiaków peasants living in Osjaków, widower after the death of Marianna
Lebioda, whose descent is commanded by an act taken from the civil records of
the Osjakowska commune also appeared Marianna Wanźlakowa, 27 years old,
daughter of Szymon and Barbara Janus, a widow of the death of Wojciech Wlazło,
whose descent is evidenced by a record taken from the books of the Osjakowski
church, who was on duty with Wojciech Wlazło, a peasant living in Raduczyce, a
village in the Osjaków commune.
The contracting parties demand that we proceedto the announcement of a marriage
arranged between them, announcements of which in front of the main door of our
commune house were announced 11 and 18 on November of the current year
at around 12:00 on Sunday. And when no tampering occurred, acceding to the
request of the parties, after reading the mentioned papers and Chapter 6
of the Napoleon Code in the title about marriage, we asked the future spouse and
the future spouse if they have a desire to marry each other?
To which, when each of them separately answered that this is their will,
we announce on behalf of the law that Wawrzyniec Jagusiak, otherwise known
as Lebioda, widower and Marianna born Janus, Wlaźlakowa widow are
married together. Of which we wrote the act in the consciousness of
Jakób Krzeszcz 36 yo, Jakób Kapica 45yo, Jakób Lebioda 54yo,
BłażejTerchalski 68yo, peasants living in Osjaków. This act, after reading it,
has been signed by us, because the witnesses and witnesses cannot write.
