Russian translation needed

Hi my name is Joe Kraipovich I am researching my grandfather Jan Makowski.
I have birth record that could be my grandfathers.It is written in Russian ,If anyone could translate it to English I would be very greatful for it.I am very proud of my Polish heritage.

Act 255. Place (under the act) Prudziszki
the other word I can't work it out
It happened in the town Suwalki on 15th (27th) May 1783, at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. There appeared Jan Makowski, farmer, living in the village Prudziszki, 47 years, in the presence of Szymon Ka.... (I can't work it out), 60 years and Wojciech Ma... (I can't work it out) 45 years, farmers living in Prudziszki, and presented to us an infant of male sex, born in the village Prudziszki on 4th (16th) May of present year, at 3 o'clock in the morning, (...... - I can't work it out) of Dominika nee Walenda 43 years. Young boy at the Holy Baptism done by the priest (....I can't work it out) received the name Jan. The godparents were ..... JAn Siwicki i Marianna Waraksa (I can't work it out). The act was.....

I couldn't work out some words as the copy was of poor condition, in some I preferred not to guess, but you get the most essential parts.
