Nope. It only says that Katarzyna was living at her father's place. It doesn't say explicitly if her mother was dead at the time, but I should presume so. As for the bridegroom, since his both parents were dead, he was brought to the altar by his uncle Jakub Kubiak, who also gave the formal consent to his nephew getting married. This means that his mother Brygida's maiden name must have been Kubiak. Otherwise, in the record there are usual formulas about the banns, the witnesses' illiteracy, etc.
