Zrębice przywilej na karczmę - prośba o przetłumaczenie z łaciny

Witam,

Zwracam się z prośbą o ogólne przetłumaczenie przywileju na karczmę dla rodziny Sochów ze Zrębic potwierdzony w 1685 r przez Jana III Sobieskiego na podstawie przywileju wydanego przez Stefana Batorego we Włocławku 2 kwietnia 1577 roku (przebywał on tam wtedy z powodu buntu miasta Gdańsk). Chodzi mi szczególnie o inne daty, określenie pokrewieństwa i przyczynę tego nadania dla rodziny Sochów.

Office and act of Krakow.
The Honourable Laurentius Soszynski, himself an officer at this Office is in charge of the regency and write assignment of privileges given by Jan III, King of Poland.
By this means each persons mentioned have received the privilege of a unique Inn in the city of Zrembice. Honorable persons are appointed Joannes, Alberti and Laurent Sochowie and received permission to operate the privilege the 6th february, 1625.

The officer and proconsul of Olsztynene the Honourable personality Laurentius Socha of the city of Zrembice, principal owner of the privilege of the Inn, gave the act the 2nd february 1577 by hand to Stephanus, King of Poland, signed and sealed to prevent accidental loss or obsolete consummation of the act herein.
We bring to the attention of all concerned that our honest adviser Simon, son of the old Joannes Socha from Zrembice, that it will own and maintain the Inn (Tavern?) peacefully after the death of his father.
We consider that he can use in total freedom and professionaly the Inn : The fields, the garden, the pastures, the use of the pool, income, usufruct, revenue of all everyone except for special general cases...

In addition we give and concede to the Inn the total faculty to product Beer (?) and to get money anywhere on the public area; renew and cultivating fields for its private usage. We disclose the successors to the King of Poland
